ESG Specialist

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in ESG-related fields such as Management, Sociology, Public Policy & Law, Environmental Economics, Environmental Engineering, Energy Economics, or related disciplines.
  2. 1–3 years of practical experience in ESG-related work within medium-to-large manufacturing companies (e.g., human rights due diligence, supply chain due diligence, community development, foundation operations), or experience in ISO system implementation.
  3. Candidates from ESG consulting firms must provide proven project cases with client acceptance.
  4. Internship experience with United Nations-affiliated organizations in sustainability is a plus.
  5. Strong communication, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of professionalism and teamwork.
  6. Proficient in English as a working language. Preferred: TEM-8 ≥ 65, TOEFL iBT ≥ 100, IELTS ≥ 7, or equivalent valid certification.

Jobdesc :

  1. Support the development and implementation of the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework, including policies, procedures, governance systems, and compliance mechanisms.
  2. Coordinate and execute ESG-related projects and strategic initiatives across business units.
  3. Work closely with external consultants and stakeholders on projects involving: Human Rights Due, Diligence, Supply Chain Due Diligence, Community Relations & Development, Foundation & Social Programs.
  4. Assist in preparing ESG disclosures, sustainability reports, compliance reports, and thematic reporting materials.
  5. Collect, manage, analyze, and maintain ESG-related data and documentation.
  6. Monitor global ESG trends, international standards, regulatory developments, and stakeholder expectations.
  7. Identify ESG risks, conduct compliance monitoring, and support corrective action planning to strengthen ESG performance.
  8. Support internal departments in responding to ESG assessments, audits, and due diligence requests from customers, investors, and stakeholders.
  9. Provide coordination, training support, and ESG awareness initiatives for internal teams.
  10. Perform additional assignments and strategic support tasks as directed by management.
