Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (or above) in ESG/Sustainability-related fields (Environmental, Public Policy, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
- 3–5 years of ESG experience in manufacturing / industrial environment..
- Hands-on experience in: Human Rights & Supply Chain Due Diligence, Community Development / EHS Projects.
- Experience in ISO system implementation is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication & project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Fluent in English (TOEFL iBT ≥100 / IELTS ≥7 preferred).
Jobdesc :
- Lead the execution and implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) programs and initiatives across the organization.
- Coordinate with external consultants, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure successful ESG project delivery.
- Supervise ESG data collection, reporting processes, and ESG database management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor ESG-related regulations, international standards, and stakeholder requirements to ensure company compliance.
- Identify ESG risks, compliance gaps, and operational issues, while overseeing corrective and preventive action plans.
- Coordinate ESG audits, assessments, stakeholder reviews, and due diligence processes.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of ESG reports, sustainability disclosures, and compliance documentation.
- Support management in strengthening ESG governance systems, sustainability strategies, and compliance frameworks.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and professional support to ESG team members and related business units.
- Drive ESG awareness, implementation consistency, and continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
- Perform other strategic assignments and responsibilities as directed by management.
